Here are tips to control your tweets and get deaddicted:
-Stop trying keep track of your twitter grades. Don’t worry about them ,
same holds good for follower count too.
-Keep track of the amount of time you spend online. Time yourselves, before logging in check time and log out at a specified time.
-Don’t take part in contest on twitter they make you a huge addict
-Post tweets like will not be tweeting tomorrow, or this is the last tweet for the day
- Find a something else to do online like spending more time on facebook.
- Don’t use your phone to tweet at all
-IF you are highly addicted delete your account or disconnect the net connection from your home
