Pwn2Own, the contest where hackers get a chance showcase their skills at hacking the most popular and secure software industry products is back again , beginning on 24th Mar, 2010 at Vancouver and will go on for 3 days.

This time, the organizers have announced that the main focus will be on the internet explorer on windows 7 Vs Safari on snow leopard contest. Another highlight of this year’s contest will be the focus on the mobile platforms with likes of iphone 3 GS and bb gold 9700. The total amount inclusive of all events for winning amount to $100,000.

Each will feature the hacking of different versions of popular browsers like IE8, chrome, firefox and safari on different platforms ie operating systems. About $60,000 of the cash is meant for the mobile contest.
