It had been a busy first week for Google engineers. There were several flaws and patches which Google had to fix to make their new venture Google Buzz running. The cross script error in Mobile version, the announcement of enterprise edition etc gave them a busy first week over Google Buzz. The latest news is that they are facing a law suit on privacy issue.

They are facing a class action lawsuit. It is filed in San Jose, California federal court. The petitioner accuses the Google Buzz social networking service. According to San Francisco Chronicle, the law suit accuses that Google violated Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. It is a law passed in184. It is intended to protect individuals against Companies which compromise the confidentiality of a computer.
