Thread: why I still use orkut

Orkut stopped being cool long time back. Biuty I still use orkut I mean not use it exactly but I haven’t forgotten my login id and password yet. So I occasionally do drop in.
Deleting my orkut account is out of question atleast for now. My old school friend swhom I haven’t met for about 2 years now are on orkut. I don’t have their numbers and we meet for occasional hi and happy new year on orkut only .
Orkut does not have what it takes to be the best . I guess orkut is one of those brands which is getting googles standards down ! There is this new orkut and redesigning done but I guess that isn’t enough and well this was too less too late.
But orkut will always have a special place for me coz this is the first ever social networking site I joined. Back then it was all so cool to be a part of this community

You know... I'm going to marry my GF whom I met through the orkut!! So I am responsible to love orkut...?

far too many social networking site.....far too many Indians wasting time chit-chatting with friends they meet almost every day...

I think most of the users of orkut is Brazilians and then Indians..

orkut is mostly used in Brazil and India but orkut always try to copy facebook .

fb is best so everyone will try copying na

fb is mother of community site...

for ex. see this Russian site, it claims to be the Russian most used site, vkontakte.ru

if you can register on it, you will see its a complete copy of fb...

hmm fb is best coupled with twitter it gives you great power

I use orkut only to time-pass nothing else.
But like games on facebook.

If you really want to understand how twitter should be used and whats main purpose of twitter check some celebrities twitter account they use it properly like a status updater
