50 Million Tweets are made every day

Twitter the social networking site, which is comparatively new to the market when compared to the likes of Facebook, My Space etc, has reached an amazing growth of over 15 million in a very small period of just 2 months.

The site which is primarily used by many to say, broadcast or “Tweet” their current status or anything ranging from their current mood or what they plan to do next, has reached an astounding levels of usage with users creating over a 50 million each.

In spite of the site being hacked many times, that seems to have no effect on the users as such who are so taken in by the website. The site also gained fame from the many celebrities who started using it for networking with their fans.
