Thread: Internet explorer 8

Internet explorer 8 is the most used web browser, but still many other browsers like chrome , opera, firefox and safari have good market share. Internet explorer is steadily losing market share. It is not the fastest browser available, chrome and firefox are way ahead in terms of speed.
IE 8 also uses a lot of memory too . IE has this very complicated get up with all tabs, menus and stuff cluttered up. Though Microsoft has tried giving users the best with all its crash recovery feature for tabs and advanced security and privacy google chrome still takes it all.
If you are someone who prefers speed over anything then well google chrome is for you , time to end monopoly afterall internet explorer is not the only browser in town.

IE 8 is better than ******* Firefox.

It is not better than chrome but much better than Firefox.

IE 8 does not use much memory. The main thing in it is that IE loads it`s files in the time Windows start. So it starts faster, when we want to use it. But it take some memory all the time even when not running.It is wrong to say that it consumes greater memory than others. Opera always uses memory in 100+ MB but with the same page opened IE takes less than 70 MB.

Previously my favourite web browser was Internet Explorer somewhere in 2002 but some of its later version were really pathetic to use, additionally they were too slow also so I switched to Firefox. Actually the thing is I never used Internet Explorer 8, now if you expert guys (and gals also) are recommending that IE8 is better so, I will try IE8
