It is good looking browser that supports themes. It has internal ad blocker.
It supports Mouse Gestures, Super Drag&Drop, Magic Fill and Web Bar.It also has speed dial as that of Opera.

It has internal Maxthon Smart Acceleration mode than loads text first and than starts loading images. It uses the same place to store cache as that of Internet Explorer, that means cache of IE can be used in Maxthon and vice versa. For more details go to Maxthon overview.

Maxthon 3 is released but it is only released for the peoples who want to check the new Dual Mode technology in it. Now it is not recommanded. Officially Maxthon 2.5 is recommanded.

I have used it last 2 years and I am very happy with it. But now I am using Opera as to conserve my bandwidth.

Maxthon2 uses the Trident layout engine, like Microsoft's Internet Explorer

Maxthon`s Website is also enabled with boost that is why it loads very fast in any browser.

The new Maxthon 3 has two engines, Trident and Webkit that load pages even faster then Opera turbo mode.
