There is no doubt in the fact the technology has helped us do our work easier and faster. You have information at your finger tips, your friends are just a call away, America isn’t far anymore, shopping is as simple as clicking your mouse buttons.
But wasn’t life simpler and more meaningful when blackberry and apple were supposed to be just fruits? Privacy is no longer a meaningful word, every little thing you do has to go up as status updates on networking sites.
We are forced to buy the latest gadgets even though you don’t need it,we need these latest gadgets to maintain status in your friend circle. We use gadgets and technology more than required, we are online wasting our precious time doing no productive stuff, we have thousands of friends in the virtual world but don’t know how our neighbor looks, we spend time in front of the television or gaming with play station and hanging out doors isn’t fancy.
We can be disturbed at any point of the day all thanks to the omnipresent mobile phone. We can stay without water or food but staying without a mobile is out of question.. we have to learn new technology to stay along with time.
You have to have latest music downloads, latest softwares and have full information of what is Apples next, how ipads will replace nebooks, when Microsoft will release their next version, how to jailbreak, etc etc ……… !! ufff fair too much of stress but well do we complain no coz we are dependent already. And the dependency seems to be increasing daily.

Dnt you think technology is really complicating things? I visited a village 10 days back it had no computers, landlines were not connected 24*7 ( cable probs) mobile phones cant be charged 24*7 ( dismal electricity supply) GPRS ?? internet ?? what are they ?? It was real peaceful staying there . But well I being me missed checking mails etc…

(BTW this village is in Uttar pradesh … no development at all ata lll !!)
We surely do need to learn taking track of our lives and reduce dependency on technology
