Yahoo is one of the best known internet company right now and as you people must have known that Microsoft is offering a good 44.6 billion dollars to buy it. What do you think about it. Would it be a good offer or should google go for this one. |

Rep Power: 1 | As we already know that yahoo has rejected the microsoft's offer and i wonder why they rejected it, the reason cited was for the shares to be valued at $40 per share, but i believed that the offer made by microsoft as $31 itself was higher. i guess yahoo missed a great offer! |

Rep Power: 0 | According to my thought whether Microsoft acquires YAHOO or not but it will not be able to compete GOOGLE , Because google owners are Master's of master. MICROSOFT acquired HOTMAIL from bhatia , but Microsoft was not able to popularized the HOTMAIL , and google owners acquired ORKUT, YOUTUBE , BLOGGER , and now these sites are most popular sites in the world.
