If you are looking for web based CRM, I recommend SugarCRM. There are many other CRMs available, like GoldMine , Sage CRM and so on. Infact the decision has to be made, after a detailed comparison of the features you want. How many employees you have, what exactly are you looking for in a CRM and so on needs to be considered too.

@ranjitraut, Since I know your setup, I will recommend an open source solution as suggested by eGlueWeb. Other solutions may be an overkill (and pricey) at the moment.

ATOP rocks... even the dumbest of employees can be trained to work with it after 15-20 days training... really depends on what your requirements are. There are developers in India who do it for really cheap right from scratch and develop a new crm for you purely based on your own business needs and everything is custom made.

Your budget (depending on ROI) would be the deciding factor.. as others suggested opensource.. You can also use them and get some changes done according to your needs.
