Default Review of Sony Ericsson T700

Another mid range phone which is sure to deliver with its performance stats is the Sony Ericsson T700. This phone is lightweight but has heavy looks and is quite heavy when it is dissected. The phone has stylish exterior, snappy interface, high-speed data, decent media functions, and has some exciting attributes inside it. These kinds of features are what people look for when they shop for new mobiles and it seems Sony has understood this particular niche well. The result is their T700.

This extra slim solid built phone is amazingly lightweight which is going to get a good attention from people who want something which don’t make them feel like carrying a brick. The phone also wins with its soft and responsive controls. The great aluminum finish matches well with its 2 inches TFT screen. The quadband GSM phone with 3G HSDPA network facilities could have been more appealing had it been equipped with features like Office Document and at least GPS navigation. Well without them too the Sony Ericsson T700 delivers quite well.

The Key features of Sony Ericsson T700 are –
3G HSDPA for high speed web access
Good internal memory with card slot to extend memory up to 8 GB.
The phone is equipped with GPRS, EDGE, but no HSCSD.
There is Bluetooth and USB port for connectivity to other devices.
The phone features SMS, MMS, Push Email and Email but no instant messaging.
The camera specs are 3.15 MP, video shoot at the rate of 15 fps, flash and good pixel for crystal clear still images under good light.
The media player is MP3/eAAC+/WMA/WMApro player along with MPEG4/WMV/H.263 player
There is FM radio with RDS
And then the TrackID the brand mark of Sony.
Good battery back up, built in hands free and organizer are some features which you would love in this mobile Sony Ericsson T700.

A very good phone indeed. Got it last december and it looked by its finishing and make like a very expensive designer set. The back is Silver and black brushed aluminium finish.
Sound is a bit on low side as compared to walkman series but is a decent one. The voice clarity on calls is superb. Camera is of good quality, but LED flash is not of good quality as it should be. Overall for Rs.11800=00 at that time it was a very good choice but I am not using it i got it for my sister.
My sister charges it i think after 5-6 days of moderate use( when i tried it for a week it lasted less than 3 days), i think the battery is better than Nokia.
