Thread: New Sony k530i

Sony says HI to 3G phones. Most of sony phones lag 2 features:
1. Edge
2. 3G
This phone is equipped with both of these features and also has facility to attach bluetooth stereo headsets.
Its current cost is Rs 9100

If you look at nokia N70 its much better than this one.
It also has all these features
Great sound and also has symbian OS thus a smart phone
This k530 is a mere java phone.
Cost is almost the same.

Well k530i is the ideal choice for a music lover and having used most phones in that range I can say that the walkman series of phones are peerless when it comes to quality and sound..It definitely beats N70 if you are a music lover

Can you tell me what difference would a mobile phone would make with these two features.

This was really a cool phone for its price range. i was using this for the past 7 months. Good cam and a better Sound. And when u deal with GPRS stuff with this phone , its really amazing( depends on ur provider . i use vodafones) .I am eagerly waiting for 3G in chennai , so that i can njoy browsing sites in my mobile in a broad band way :-)

Edge and 3g enable a phone to have beter data transfer speed as compared to gprs.
