Why always Cricket

Cricket is one of the best games , i agree with that.But i don't know why we have to depend a lot on cricket.Most of them don't even know the rules followed in Hockey( our national game). Why we are not supporting sports other than cricket.It is really sad to see this trend continuing.

I agree. Its really bad that Indians, Unlike many other coutry citizens, are not supporting any sports other than Cricket. it is really discouraging for those enthusiastic players in other sports like Hockey and all. I speak a lot. But I am also, one among those who know no sports other than Cricket. Really bad about myself too.
