It's proud moment for india and indian badminton fans when saina nehwal won Super Series Title in a very tense and interesting final against Lin Wang, I saw this match in bits and pieces(TV Problem).

She continues to impress with her game and i really see potential to become number 1 in woman's badminton...

Ace Indian shuttler Saina Nehwal clinched her maiden Super Series title on Sunday, winning the Indonesian edition after beating Chinese Lin Wang 12-21, 21-18, 21-9.

Overwhelmed by her win, Saina's father said it's a matter of pride for India. I have invested everything in her, he said while speaking to NDTV.

Earlier, sixth-seed Saina beat seventh-seed Lu 25-23, 21-19 to set up the title clash with third-seed Lin Wang.

In the first game, Saina and Lu battled tooth and nail and were on even keel, moving from 13-13, to 23-23 before the Hyderabadi sealed the game.

And our media and the advertisers are still running after Sania (Mirza) even though she hardly gets past the first round in most of the tournaments she plays ! that is the advantage of having a pretty face, I suppose !
