Default The Running Machine Strikes Again.

Usain St. Leo Bolt, The Jamaican sprinter and an Olympic gold medalist strike again in Berlin and this time he dissolves his own previous record of 100 and 200 m..

Bolt took 9.58 seconds to complete 100 m and broke his previous record of 9.69 which he made last year in Beijing Olympics..

4 days after he broke 100 m record, He competes in 200 m and broke his own record of 19.30 by .11 seconds, Completing the race in 19.19 seconds.. Now his eyes on relay

You guys will like this also.. In Manchester he completed 150 m race with world best time of 14.35 seconds and "He ran the last 100 m in 8.70, the fastest ever recorded time over a 100 m distance."..Isn't it amazing...

I would love to see him dissolving 400 m record also, Michael Johnson holds current record for last 10 years, His time was 43.18 and usain best time in 400 m is 45.28...

Did you know he was not happy with his WR time 9.58 in 100meters. He wanted to achieve 9.4.;-)

It is easier to run when you have run 50 metres. Don't ignore that. that's why when you count 100 metres record it doesn't count. His 9,58 s counts. No , doubt he is one of greatest athlete ever & best of our era.

Then what do you think about 200 and 400m? He already get a start..Isn't it? You have to understand and believe that his running ability is exceptional not only in this era but it's all time...he's the best..
