    A person who is interested in sports or athletes need not be only fit. It is very much necessary for all of us to stay fit and strong. Fitness is another name of strong immunity and strong mind. Fitness never means picking heavy objects or has the ability to knock down ten men at one time. But to remain disease free, a good heart condition and have enough stamina to do work. With lethargic and immovable lifestyle we often tend to face diseases at very early stage like diabetes, blood pressure and cardiovascular diseases. All these because of sedentary lifestyles that we follow without exercise, good diet habit, sleeping habits and similar things that actually intend to keep us fit.
    Best ways to keep you fit
    Exercise: This is a must regime you need to follow to keep yourself fit. You don’t have to hit the Gym to stay fit. Everyday a walk of 15 minutes is enough to keep your body fit. Whether you take the walk in the morning or evening depends on you. Such everyday regime of some kind of workout is a way to keep you fit.
    Balance Diet: After exercise the key to fitness is taking balanced diet to control fats and cholesterol levels in your body. Intake of required amount of fats and carbohydrates according to your working routine is required for keeping your body fit.
    Vegetables and Fruits: You need to include adequate amount of fruits and vegetables in your diet routine to get the essential minerals and vitamins. The natural fruits and vitamins provide all those substances that are required to keep the immune system strong and also your youthful look glowing.
    Intake of Fluid: Adequate amount of fluids is very essential for loosing extra fats and remove toxins from the body. Drinking plenty of water everyday keeps your body free from toxins and unwanted substances in the body thus providing the fitness.

    Hi.

    You need to understand the true definition of "diet": it is what you consume, not that you consume less to lose weight.

    First, consult your physician. Assuming your physician certifies you as healthy to exercise:

    * 3-4 times a week, vigorous cardio for at least 30 minutes
    * 3 times a week weight training (hire a trainer for about 3 weeks)
    * a diet consisting of 60% low-glycemic carbs, 30% protein, and 10% fat (non-saturated)

    Pranayam helps in controlling a lot of disorders. But it will take ages to loose weight that way.

    If you wish to loose weight, there is no substitute to exercise.

    Kalbathi 'll do the trick.. 2sets of 15min a day with empty stomach regularly 'll cut ur fat down to a good extent.
