Reliance ADAG group's BIG TV has been chosen as the official DTH partner of the DLF Indian Premier League for 4 years. The news was announced by Lalit Modi, Chairman and Commissioner of the DLF Indian Premier League.
Two companies -- Big TV and Airtel Digital TV - had submitted their bids and Big TV won with its bid of US$ 31.16 million over the next four years.
Lalit Modi, Chairman and Commissioner of the DLF Indian Premier League said, "We at the DLF Indian Premier League are happy to partner with sunrise sectors like DTH."
Rajesh Sawhney, president, Reliance Entertainment, said, "We at Big TV are excited at being chosen the DTH partner of the DLF Indian Premier League."
Reliance BIG TV Limited is a part of Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group. Big TV provides satellite TV service.
