I think the ISP details should also be mentioned in here. This will be great.

It's pretty crowded there already.



Still it's a good idea. But most people don't put any ISP details.

I don't mind if some people insist on making a poll for this. I think this will highly facilitate the troubleshooters as each time they won't have to ask that particular victim about his/her plan and ISP details.

While mentioning a problem, it's often observed that some people forget to mention their plan or they just give vague information.

As Admin as mentioned, ISP feild should be mandatory.

There is no need of any poll. This is important. It will come in handy especially when answering a thread in the broadband section .
