Why has my thread been deleted from Airtel DTH?

We actually had 6 or 7 thread in the Airtel DTH section and all of them gone, why is that?

By the way there was another thread which you created which has got deleted, the thread name was Airtel DTH channels, something along those lines.

I know its just a thread, but there has to be a reason for it to be deleted, if i had written something wrong or against the rules of the forum it would be different, but there was nothing wrong in the thread i posted.

It makes me think how many more threads or posts of mine will get deleted or have got deleted!

I have not deleted any thread. I did merge a couple of posts into a common thread.

preeti... y u r so worried . even if its deleted or wateve.. u finished replying.. reading.. the ppl who posted the thread... finished with their queris .. then... if it gets deleted also.. i dotn think not a big deal...

Well deleting a thread for no reason at all is an infringement on the right of free speech and expression.

I am not complaining I just wanted to know what was it that prompted you to delete or in this case move the thread or merge it with some other thread.

Even in your sim city thread I dont think it was right for you to edit other people's posts and reply to them in their own posts. It just doesnt look good.

Even if my thread was duplicate or was similar to some other thread what harm would it do if it was left where it was.

I am not trying to pick up a fight I am just suggesting that its better not to interfere till the point you see spamming or something going against the forum rules which in my thread was not the case. Why interfere in the forum unless absolutely necessary?

Please do not take it otherwise I just said what I thought was right.

How about if we delete the whole bsnl broadband section and wait for new queries? it doesnt work like that! There is no use of a forum if conversations were deleted, it would become yahoo chat if that was done. A forum means where people can come at a later and read previous conversations and this is how a lot of people get their queries solved without having to ask or post new threads or posts.
