Ethical hacker is a person who goes to temple everyday offers prayer and donations to god and then goes back home switches on the computer and hacks every site he can come across useless .... like kaspersky server :lol: :lol:

Hey people, I am so frightened, I could not sleep a wink yesterday... all my nightmares were about me not able to login to the forum, the forum was crippled and 'admin' and I were being held hostage at gunpoint, etc. All of you regulars were also locked in a cell 10'x10'. And this guy was going to shoot us one by one, till his demands were not met.

Age doesn't matter... And also any site can be hacked... even if it belongs to US govt(has been hacked in past)... But the way this guy was boasting about his achievments(I don't b'lieve him too)... was very kiddish & immature... Even if someone hacked some site... he won't be boasting that in a public forum(need balls for that)... just for the fear of going behind bars... hope that makes sense...

In case of dynamic IPs nothing can be determined. But many people (usually who are spammers and trouble makers) originate from some static IPs.

Is it because Most ISPs use Static ips ?
Even knowing the IP of spammer wouldn't be very helpful since large scale email spammers tend to run their spamming operations in countries where there are no laws against spamming. They also use "zombie networks" which are networks of computers which have been hacked and backdoor software installed which allows the hacker to make it transmit anything they want.

Some info about zombie networks
Chinese hackers/spammers like to use networks from their own countries like for example Computer network of Chinese universities as a proxy for their operation
Russian Hackers/spammers like to use Networks of foreign countries as proxy
During the russian Georgian "War" Georgian corporations Blocked Russian ips from accessing Their Networks thinking it would stop Hack attacks ... but they never expected it to come from Foriegn ips compromised by Russian hackers
The most number of compromised networks/computers is in the U.S
