There is no clear mandate for or against the current theme... thats why I never said anything in this thread.

I am waiting for a new theme release which is some what similar to this but is full width but we dont have a set release date Ive been waiting since september for that theme.

okey admin.. as u say.. no probs.. i just saw some forums like they chnge their theme monthly.. not the basic theme but like colors n back ground.. something like tht.. rest i dont know much abt.. u try if its possible. thanks for your reply.

the only reason i dont want the current theme to change is that it is very fast. I have seen other forums, one of the many reasons i stuck to this one was because of its simple soothing looks.

I think that I said on some other thread on the same topic, that I would love to have a theme that would automatically make use of the full screen width as per the native screen resolution.

I think a change of theme was tried out but it caused the google ratings to slip. No idea why this happened. I am not conversant with Web Content Management and UI.

I don't dislike this theme. But some small modification to the current theme is good if possible.

its really odd that a theme change can affect search engine optimizations.

May be this is the reason.
