Exclamation Changes required in stats page

In the stats page we have top 50 stats. Do we really need top 50?
We can reduce it to top 25 stats. What do you people say…

I also came up with some new stats which we can include in the stats like
    • Top 10 Bronze members (101 < No. of posts < 300)
    • Top 10 Silver members (301 < No. of posts < 500)
    • Top 10 Gold members (501 < No. of posts < 800)
    • Top 10 Platinum members (801 < No. of posts < 1200)
    • Top 10 members (1201 < No. of posts < 3000)
    • Top 10 members (No. of posts > 3000)
The members will feel motivated to move to the next level. An attempt to have more active memebers....

I too felt that 50 were too many. But I would not like a class segragation. Just reduce the limit to top 25.

I think 10-15 stats is good enough. But I don't think many members know about Stats page and it's use. I rarely check that page even though I know about it.

the stats page is just fine, the way it is. it may seem that 50 top stats is too much, but thats only because right now we dont have too many active/regular members. But as we can see that admin is really trying hard to attract more people to come here ( he may even hand out t-shirts/blankets too ), even 50 would be a smaller number in the future if all the plans go well. And I m counting on that.

i tried for view for top 100 , and it gave this error :
Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.
    can anybody enlighten me ?

And the reputation shows x/y , what does it mean ?

x= reputations you received in last 7 days.
y= total points you received from those reputations.

I think the stats page is fine, nothing wrong in it at all. Having top 50 doesn't make any difference, just make the range more!

I agree with Ramesh.I beleive stats page needs to be more crisp and concise.
Further more topics should be covered. One for eaxample I want to know who has the longest vintage on this forum...any idea..?

I second that... I keep tab on "most viewed threads" & "hottest threads" by stats page... This helps me to catch the active threads and also some not so active threads... In general, thats one of the ways I keep an eye on many topics at one place...

My suggestion - There can be a working option of no. of results... Like people who want to keep 25 should be able to do that... and so on for 50, 100, 150 etc... Right now the function is there(with min. of 50) but its not working!

I have a suggestion. Have a breakdown of the posts for each member by forum section. This should be available on member's public profile. For example:

    Statistics for Manish
    Total Posts = 3138
1412 or 45% posts in General offtopic discussions
690 or 22% posts in BSNL broadband
597 or 19% posts in Jokes and Humor
    314 or 10% posts in ...
*** Never argue with an idiot. ***

Its a very good sugestion and can be done as well infact its inbuilt in the script but I had to disable it due to a major security risk which could lead to frequent attacks.

Just4kix your idea of post %tage per sub forum is great but I dont have the expertise to create a mod myself but I will see if I can find some one who can try doing that for us.

I am changing the stats to a bit longer period so please see if this is better?

    LOL!!

    It seems good.
But shouldn't there be the 'Top Poster' in last 7 days or so.
It would help keep track of the activity of a member.
