Yes, Too many rules for repo power , that's why confused... Anyway may be Admin can clear the doubt

Yes, the Repo settings are complex, but I have noticed these points:

1) New User - Rep Power - zero
2) After 5 posts - Rep Power - 1
3) After 500 posts Rep Power increases by 1
4) Similar Milestones for rep power increase - 1000, 2000, 3000 etc
5) Time since Registration also matters. For spending a pre defined amount of time rep power increases.
6) Same goes for the amount of rep points recieved

I think, admin has not changed any settings coz most reputation settings in IBF are vBulletin Defaults. The comment shown for a user when the mouse pointer is moved over the reputation bar is for sure the default. These are the default settings of vBulletin and IBF. Admin can change it if he wants:

Point no. 3 seems to be invalid.

Up to 1000 post and 100 rep points, My rep point was 1.

Now 3, 1 for 1000 posts and 1 for 100+ rep points.
