How can we know how effective using the link to the site in our emails is?

Although there is no harm in keeping the link in our emails, as it will always be kept in mine, but its good to know if its making a difference!

Even I don't have any account other than IBB.

But the best which I can suggest is to encourage your mate, collegues, and co workers to join IBB, two of my friends whom I have referred are there on IBB, thought they are not regular, but they do show up time to time.

Facebook is already done. You might also want to add MySpace, LinkedIn and so on. And i see that you have joined there .

Maybe the admin can send a mail to all the members once we create those groups on the social sites

That is a good idea too . What I was hinting at is, If admin mails the IBF members then we will have atleast 100 active members in Facebook group who in turn are gonna invite their friends and so on.
