Thread: how to add a pic in album

hey friends i'm a art student so i want to share few of my artwork with u guys by my album which was provided by our own IBB..........but the thing is everytime when i tried to upload a pic over their it shows me a error upload of file failed......how can i do that is there any bug in album section......can admin plz help in this matter.....???

The Album has restriction of picture dimensions and file size. The album page will tell you the details.

Also what error are you getting?

ya i know the restriction nd i manually decreased all the manual limits for my pictures.....the exact error is as i said before "UPLOAD OF FILE FAILED"

This could be temporary problem - server busy, etc. I too got these errors sometimes. Try uploading fewer files (pictures) at a time - load 2 picture instead of 5. The problem may get resolved soon.

i tried single pics also but the problem is still there.......thats why i created this thread........at that time i thought may be users dont have rights to add pics in albums........

I can upload images to album without any problem. Even 5 at a time.
Did you tried using a different browser ?

There are no restriction for any user. Try clearing your browser cache, exit it and restart again. A lame solution. But sometimes it may work.
