Plz Use the Thread Rating System Effectively

Like most VBulletin forums IndiaBroadband.net also have the option of rating threads on a scale of 5. I have seen that this feature is totally neglected by most users here. Plz take some time to rate threads which you like/dislike. There are many good and some very good threads on the forum which deserve recognition so that new users/guests can quickly find the best threads by sorting according to the Ratings.

Plz make it a habit to rate threads just like you award reputation points on good posts/threads.

Yes. This also is a good idea. Post ratings can be really useful in troubleshooting threads. the highest rated posts will be the one to look out for when in need of quick solutions just like yahoo answers and experts exchange forum.

I once again request everyone to start rating threads. the average ratings on a thread starts showing after it recieves 3 or 5 ratings may be. i still cannot see almost any rated thread except this one.

Good. I hope that most users here get used to rating threads soon. This will be really benefecial for the forum. This will take some time though. Even i forget to rate good threads sometime. It will take sometime to make it a common practice here. Probably making this thread a sticky one may help. But thats upto the mods.

It only takes 3 members to rate a thread for the ratings to be shown besides the thread title.
