    I think that's another problem if we give one repo to any user then we need to
    spread it to other and if we did not get few other quality post and in the mean time previous same user post another good reply or thread then suddenly he/she lose repo.
    But i think we have discuss too much about this topic better to close this chapter now.
    prouser this is your most effective thread after this thread repo distribution suddenly stop(or less) for few days
