[Complaint] Why Are These Threads in the Yard?

I had noticed this just some days back when I went through my very short list of "Threads Started". Many of the threads that shouldn't have been in the Yard are there, waiting to be deleted. Now I understand why j4x's spam count showed big stats for many including me (eventhough we have had only little number of posts in it). No one likes to be called a "Spammer" in the real sense.

First of all, let me ask why these threads are in the Yard (this is just a short-list, you can add your one also if you feel that one thread shouldn't have been there):

1) National Language in the Yard???
This thread has had some serious and well-written posts.

Any thread starters may wanted their thread to be just in the Yard. Please reply so if you meant to do so, and have it in my list.

P.S: I became a bit busy just now. So, will add to the list later, if I find any more.

And, please don't move this thread to the Yard now.

I was really irritated seeing my only thread (another one was deleted, and it was a Tech thread) which had crossed 100 replies, in the Yard.

That's the very nice thing you have highlighted Dhanesh. Yes, its a strange thing to happen, I agree with the games thread, like, mines, guess the movie name etc. those deserves to be here, but some of them don't deserves to be her, especially the sixth one in your list.

I don't think that I have said anything "illegal or wrong" in my post.
My posts/threads are going unnoticed, as someone pointed it to me.
Why should have I typed all these things and my other posts like ones, I had linked to, in my second post in this thread, if it comes of no use?

1) NAtional LAng thread: THe thread contains good discussion but there is no proper thread starting post ... The first post can be modified by mod as a brief intro about the thread and moved to a proper section...

2) shadow posted it himself in yard

3) It was also posted in yard itself.

4) can be moved to S & C section

5) can be moved to contests section

6) Same as above

Some threads may have been moved by mistake or for a plan. For example, I decided to move all contest related stuff to "yard" in anticipation of the new contest.

Once the contest ideas were implemented, these threads could be deleted. That was the idea.

My suggestion for new contest was to have all new contest threads in the "Contests" section and hence I cleaned up the "Contests" section as far as possible.

As far as the "national Language" thread is concerned, I was thinking of deleting it even though it has lot of good posts - the topic is too sensitive. But ...

About "Yard" section itself: I doubt whether any thread will be deleted (http://www.indiabroadband.net/yard/1...y-popular.html). At least I may think 10 times before doing something like that.

Thanks for pointing out the threads that were started in the Yard section. But they do deserve to be on another relevant section.
A number of other threads had been moved to the relevant sections, after they were noticed to be good enough.
