User CP > Settings and options > Edit signature > Insert image

Submit your URL. When you click edit signature, you will get a window as we normally post, insert image URL. Copy the image location from userbar and paste it there. If you made a userbar yourself, upload it before entering the URL.

archive.userbars.com for gathering all your userbars

animator.userbars.com for animating them.
