    Default Music forum

Do we need a music subforum? if you think we do... what would you talk about in there and how is it going to help?

I am personally a huge fan of Nusrat fateh ali khan's qwallis, Abeeda parveen, Sabri brothers, wadali brothers, Aziz miyan, Jagjit singh, Gulaam ali, Alam Lohar, Bade Gulaam ali and Rekha bhardwaj.

I plan to write reviews of the albums by above mentioned music masters

I have created a poll as well so please be kind and vote for the option you like and if you have any suggestions on adding a new option in the poll please shout

Wow sir I am a die hard fan of NFAK and Abeeda begum apart from that I do love listening to Jagjeet singh sometimes and rekha bhardwaj. If we talk about music it has no boundaries to set up categories for the subforum, but we may divide it into sections like Hindi music english regional music downloads lyrics jazz classical country rave rock and roll indian classical sufi bhajan movie songs ghazal kawwali so on and so forth sorry that i dint add comas lol

And its a very very very difficult composition by Bazmi and Mehdi Hussan as usual sings with such ease... had it been any other singer it would sound like noise...

If you dont wanna call me Parminder then I would prefer being called Admin or even Uncle ji for that matter but please dont call me sir..

Talat Aziz :nono: he should change his profession... He doesn't know his a b c d of classical... although I am no one to judge him but you would never see any hard core classical listener listening to talat aziz just because he calls himself a classical singer doesn't make him one.

We cant have sub forums under the music section coz it will just clutter the forum furthur as we already have 100 something subforums so unfortunately it will have to be a cocktail of all kinds of music under one roof...
