As I said on the Forum Etiquette thread, it will not be possible to have a complete procedure code.

No one is right all the time - and I am the last one to say that I am right always. Indeed I have defaulted a few times.

We are all adults here (mostly all ) and know what is right and what is wrong. As Lucio Lucchesi would say, "our ships must sail in the same direction".

We can set up a group for that under some elder member like kiran or farce or savrav.

As I feel just4kix is a good mod he has the knowledge and he can participate in all type of section not only that he contributed lots of technical section also. He tried to communicate all the member either junior or senior that's the most important thing for any moderator I believe.He spend lots of time with this forum that also help the user.So really he is great moderator.
But still one thing I feel that he could have handle better with yard section because in yard already he noticed that one day all post will be deleted.Now I feel if he did that in every 4-5 days to clean the yard post then we can play the yard game also yard never create effect with site ranking.
But still overall his performance is excellent.

Thanks rupu. A true feedback though slightly on the good side. That is the exact reason why I value you and your opinion a lot.

OK. I was wondering when "Yard" will come into the picture.

I had posted the "Yard" sticky note (warning) a long time before people started posting there. So people should not now complain that their posts are being deleted. In spite of that I have not deleted the threads - merely closed some of them.

I am not against games/fun/chat but with a moderation. In the last month, over 90% posts were of the "junk" kind which alarmed Admin quite a lot.

- I never asked you to ban anyone. But, dont reward that member instead. (In a generic tone)

- A member well-behaved to you might be irritating to many others.

I have always been a admirer of Just4kix's post. The way he presents his post are really wonderful. The tone, the style of the post are just perfect.

& regarding moderation...he has been perfect, neither too strict nor too lenient.

He's perfect role model for any guy in this forum.

i am happy with 90% of what j4x does .... easily one of the best moderators among many i have seen ....

But i do have 1 complaint

I do sometimes send PMs to j4x and smoothvibes about some complaints generally pertaining to members breaking rules
i never receive any kind of reply,leaving me to guess whether the PM reached him ..... An example

I once PMed j4x about a member who had linked to a blog with Adult content in his profile page ..... i logged in after 2 days i still had not received any reply and the blog link was still there ... Finally it was deleted by Admin almost a week later i believe .... I still do not know whether my PM reached J4x ....from smoothvibes i always get some kind of feedback .... mis-communication problem

With me too.. But only once... It was a controversial topic though... Just wanted to know his opinion... It seemed to me that he avoided..

After that I never PMed or rather never had a controversial topic to discuss in PM..
