    I used to look up to j4x before i joined this forum, when i used to surf 4 certain information, google would direct me to his posts... Actually he is the v.reason i have joined this forum... I still do look up to him, but he demotivated me at times, which actually did hurt me, as he would not reply to my queries.. I am a fan of his sound knowledge and seemingly calm attitude...
    May be i am not really qualified enough to suggest this, but My suggestion is that he has to interact more with the new-comers in a polite manner and not jump to conclusions and label them....

    P.S-My sincere apologies if i am wrong or if sounded rude...

    Hang in for a while... You'll get the idea... You will earn respect and motivation from him and other members as soon as you start contributing to the forum with new articles and ideas...

    I will need at least a minimum of 15 days, 24x7 to make a single joke thread. And I don't think that I can ever find that kind of time. Besides most members are not in favour of it.
