I dont think thats a very good idea... I dont mind your signature but if we allow you you would see thousands more cropping up and as you can understand we cannot have double standards.

I request you to please keep it to text and put two links with anchor text please.

Why use an image, when you have been given an option to provide a link, theres no point in making your link image big and annoying. At least this site allows you to post your links, unlike other sites, you shouldn't really violate things!

Your signature contained a graphic that contained a link to PTC site. I had not checked the link before and said "Yes. Signature is OK".

But you must comply to all the rules.

Advertising rules are in conjunction to all other rules regarding all forum activity including posts and signatures

Signatures cannot link to sites that generate revenue for others. Admin reported that your signature links to a PTC site. If you can provide evidence that your links are not PTC sites then we can reconsider.

Rules are fairly clear. You are twisting the rules around to find a loopholes. And I suggest that you go thru each and every forum rule in the FAQ. If you are not happy with the rules, please explain why and we can discuss.

SEOBOT i can understand your anger and problem but if you have faced any problem with any rule then please discuss it in a polite manner just4kix is our senior member and i am sure there is a reason behind his such act, please discuss it politely with him and still if you are not satisfied then you can speak to admin about it. I am sure they will help you, just calm down mate

Do not assume that I am quiet because you think I am guilty.

We do not bring personal attacks in a public forum. If you have a complaint, the way to resolve this is bilaterally and then take it to admin. I have said so on the PM. Yet you think that by posting publicly you think that you will be a hero and I the villain. I tried to take a dignified stance hoping that we can resolve the matter peacefully between ourselves.

Now most regretfully, I must bring it in open.

You were first advised on PMs and then subsequently warned not to link to sites that contain advertised content. It may not strictly be PTC but still an advertised content.

I do not make the rules on that. I am a moderator and I do not own this site.

Admin had deleted your signature and also sent you a warning PM. But you went back on this. That is why you received your first infraction. When you abused me publicly, you received your second one.

Yet again you are still breaking the rule by providing three external links. Do the rules not specifically state 2 external links only?

This forum existed and was popular long before I joined. I joined the forum because the search I was conducting brought this site as the first hit. This site will continue to grow with or without you or for that matter me. And we certainly do not need your blessings.

Having said all that, you are still valued as a member who, I feel, can contribute by your knowledge in your field of expertise. But rules apply to everyone including me. I have not broken any rule. I do not hand out infractions just because I have got the power. Before handling your infractions, I thought over for 30 mins. But you are behaving like a 14 year old. Please grow up.

I would have never banned his if he would have been a little polite on all this ... He sent me a PM abusing Just4kix and he keeps on lying in his post ... I had even sent him PM's about his signature in the past and also as mentioned in the earlier post I requested him on th forums as well but he just choose to ignore everything and go his own way.

No. No need to delete anything. I believe that I tried to deal fairly with him. I am not too concerned about abuses. They did not affect me at all. I try to be friendly to all - guess you can't win all.
