Most of the times it happens that we receives a rep from somebody without any name, which create a bit confusion. Can we make changes in user cp to reflect the rep giver name by default?

Not if rep giver mention the name

user can give reputation positive or negative both so probably that's why this system is present. Otherwise one user can also know who gives negative reputation to him.Although I guess may be that would be the reason.

Why would anyone do that..If you like something and repping then let the rep receiver know about that

I never write my name in the comments while awarding reps to anyone.

Then you should start to write your name also

Untill there's any change in the User Cp, members can put their name along with the reputation comment.

I have rarely seen negative reps being given. Some of you have given -ve rep to spammers but that is about it.

It is a good suggestion.
