Thread: Another Bug?

Today when i logged in, The main page comes up with error like "Your Profile Page is Empty, You need to fill the details".. I check the profile page and it was alright.. I mean whatever details i gave while registering was there.. So i thought to give another try, But no success.. I even tried in IE also...

So i went to profile page and change my ISP and click on "Save Changes" and it says [B]"Modem field cannot be blank", That doesn't make any sense.. So i put N/A , and it's working now.. What's this Admin/Mods?

Some details such as Modem, Router, ISP speed, etc. have been added.

Unless there is something really private, I urge members to update these with accurate details.

I didn't know that..

Is common for all. We need to enter the hardware and plan details. Got puzzled at first.

Its not a bug.

Just addition of some mandatory information.

Update those fields with correct data. Else the purpose of having those field would not be fulfilled.

This change has been implemented because of a very valuable suggestion from a very valueable member (essbebe).

Because you do not post anything in tech forums or visit them, you are finding this crap. Many members express issues about their ISP and everytime we have to ask them what is your modem.

I am on a ZTE ZXDSL 531B...which is as you might know a type 2 modem supplied by BSNL. I am not using any router...so what should I put in that, because if it is not letting me leave it blank.
