Thread: Shaplus Dataone meter run time error!!

Hi,I'm using Shaplus Dataone meter v 2.1,Whenever i run it i get a run time error.
can any 1 help me...please...thanks in advance

Check whether usage portal opens
BSNL Portal
Use 14digit PortalID and PW as password.
( hope you got it from Exchange)
Usually for first two or three days in a month
website does not appear !
UPDATE 1200 OK
data for unbilled Oct 2009 available..

Uninstall present installation.
Go here and download latest zip version oct /26th.
How to find Monthly Dataone bandwidth usage

window above Task bar.

I have the latest version only...and i'm getting this error since the 15th of oct...today i downloaded the latest one and i get the same error..I've tried reinstalling many times but in vain....please help......and i have that bandwidth meter(above the taskbar),but i find the dataone meter more useful....please help..

Clean your registry and try. You can use DU meter or Tautology meter instead of Shaplus.

Switch over to FireFox browser and use add on
DataFox.
( also extracts data from Bsnl usage portal only )
Also you can see the daily usage.
Small window appears above Taskbar.
