A special forum for religion here

Hi there! I've been in the forum for some time now and I was just thinking of talking about god and religion here. But as you well know, its a very sensitive topic so I thought I'd suggest to make a forum for religion here. Tell me what you think.

Ya why not nice idea, now we can divide, fight, and discriminate here in this forum too by the means of religion, god, cast, creead or whatever ways we can. right!!

My take on this is that, although most are religious and yet religion agnostic here, a discussion on reliogion could invoke adverse reactions. That is why most forums do not venture into religion, politics, regions/countries, races, etc.

In any case, this is a broadband forum.

Thanks man. Ha ha. I just thought of it because I want to talk about religion all of a sudden. You know those moments when you're thinking of god out of the blue and an interesting thought suddenly pops out of your head? I think I just had one.

This is a broadband forum after all and I think we can still talk about anything here once we get tired of talking broad band topics. But your point is well-taken. This is just a suggestion anyways.

Thats what we also did, gave you suggestion opinion thats all. what you can do is when next time something pops out of your head you can post it in general-offtopic-discussions

Instead of religion , perhaps we could have a forum on values, ethics etc and the right kind of attitude ppl must have about various things!! Afte all every religion insists on the same virtues!!

My Avatar must have revealed that I am a very religious man myself but in my personal experience it just spreads bitterness to have a discussion on religion on a not so related or dedicated forum towards those kind of topics.

The problem is that when there is a one to one discussion people keep themselves from throwing offensive remarks being vary of consequences but on a forum from the comfort of ones home people tend to think that every thing goes and that's where problems crop up.

we are here to discuss technology and other things but plzzzzzzzzzzzz dont bring religion here. more than half of the world is fighting for same and hence the problem.

plz Admin..no Religion here. and any one wants to talk about it then join forums which are for Religion.
