    Default how do i know this

    I was using BSNL home 500 night unlimited plan, but due to over billing and over usage of internet i have migrated to 750 unlimited plan that was yesterday and they said within 24 hours it will be activated but when 2day i called the customer care they said its activated but i fear whether its really or not coz iam getting 170 KBPS/sec with this speed howzzat and i also fear if its not activated and they will charge for this coz i have already exceeded my limit of 2.5 GB. Somebody plz help me how to know this

    Check usage at BSNL Portal
    ( with your 14digit usageportalID and PW)
    Check speed at
    Airtel
    Report what it says time to download
    1 MB file etc.

    Simply check the speed. It will tell you when your plan is changed.

    What is the error you are facing ? Are you able to log in to BSNL portal ?

    actually the reason is previously my id was something like this xxxxxx_hyd, due to frequent disconnection the BSNL ppl changed my ID to something like this id40xxxxxxx and also my usage details site changed, first it worked quite good. The website i used to check my usage details was something like this 10.xx.xxx.xx and it was also very easy to check the details, now it is CRM, but when i login to the site it says The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties.
