Thread: avatars does not display..why??

avatars does not display..why?? site is hosted in US ..b/w not an issue..then what is??

which avatar are you speaking about??

Avatars are small graphics that are displayed under your username whenever you post.

yeah..why is it not there below the username just like Mickey?? I have upload an avatar long back. now i cannot edit the avatar or do any modification to that..

For that you must have to post atleast 1000 posts, then it will be activated.
as you can see mine too........

ftw!!?? 1000 posts for 1 silly avatar..?? if it is true this is insane.. never have I seen a silly rule than this one.. haha looks like in IB.net the only thing that matters is the post count..

everytime you visit IBF 64 KB usage may be used
for each user in the thread to see "Silly" Avatars !!!

imgLikeopera to avoid it loads only image which can be come in cache and you will be surprised to see how many of images are there.

users can upload the avatar to tinypic or imageshack..according to u - IBF can save the 64kb out the 4tb bandwidth available?? big savings indeed.. and since u have blocked avatars u may not need the "Silly" Avatars but others do need them however silly it may sound.

u can also save a lot of b/w by using a text browser like Lynx and increase ur productivity since there will be no need to block any avatar in the first place.
