    Default PayPal= restricted by RBI

today's Times of India carries an article that PAYPAL service is restricted now.
person to person transfer has been suspended.
The company said February6th on a blog post that "personal "Paymentrs or those made from one individual to another has been suspended to India .....................they are unable to move money from PayPal into their Bank.
    .........
Paypal says that only personal payments should hav, been reversed , and that if a commercial payment was reversed, the payer should resend the money

U.S dollars were transferred to my OWN
INDIAN Bank account from U.S, from the other person's Bank. Approx service charge was about $10/= ( minimum period 3 days )
    2.
I also transfer money to SAME bank's account elsewhere for a nominal charge of Rs 10/= ( by cash or Cheque transfer )
Money transferred within an hour .
    Yet to try interbanking transfers.
@admin wants ICICI bank account .

May be PayPal is doing this free , for "P" to "P"but charge the merchants a service charge, or commission

My contest winnings were reversed during the process to get it withdrawn to bank account. Requested admin so send it as money order. Paypal was real handy.
