IBF has been treated like an official forum for many ISPs(specially BSNL?) by many guests, would it not be better if we officially did that ? i mean, companies like airtel somewhat care about customers, other like BSNL should learn, it would be nice if you could get some support from some ISP, would be a boost to this community....
