I am very upset and sad that i cant upload my profile pic here
this is the reason why i am not more active these days...

hope at-least old members are allowed to upload display pictures...in fact let everyone upload their display picture

no need to be upset mate....just send a PM to admin and it will be fixed in a no time.

1. Admin has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space.

If you are referring to the Avatar pic, I wonder why you can't upload it. For me it's working since the time I joined it.
You may post a visitor's message on Admin's profile.

Ya avatars should be allowed for everyone, also the member who has 0 posts.
They are just a small pic, why put a restriction on that???????????

Profile pic or Avatar pic ? I can see the option to upload or add image link, but haven't tried if it works now.

Really ? I think it was changed when the forum moved to Indian server. Admin might have forgot to re-set it.

Yes, Archer is correct. The Avatar issue cropped up since we first moved to the Indian server. It should be alright now since it's back in the US.

admin will have to do it manually yaar....he has been busy for the past few day so just relax..

a member is sad because he is not able to upload his pic, too shocking I mean, I feel my identity should be known by my name and the replies that I give, well putting avatar or image should not matter, still hope you get permission from Admin to put a AVATAR

Please stop behaving like a retard. You have just passed your Std. X. You are into adolescence and must show maturity.

You have made your point. Why Avatars are not accessible to new users, I cannot say. I am not privy to that information. Perhaps it was done with a reason. But issues can be amicably solved. Not by swear words and threatening to quit, etc.

All I can say that Avatars and profile pictures are available to those who also have facility of custom titles.

I strongly support the Admin. Avatars and Signatures cause a lot of problems for the forums. For ex. Slow Down of Forum or Lag .
When All members have access to it , it can cause lots of problems within vbulletin which is very difficult to correct.

till around 5 months back, we all had access to avatars and there was no issue at all..

Sorry, my mood was up that day.
Actually a disastrous incident took place that day,my friend Wangchen who had scored 90% marks in his boards was very happy and went to visit his grandfather along with his 4 friends. Unfortunately, it was pretty foggy that day and due to unclear visibility car went straight into the steep slope and fell down about 1000 feet. And Wangchen and other 4 died on spot. today was his funeral. I'm too depressed for him.
please pray for his soul. This is my humble request to all the members of the forum.
His mother could not take it and is in ICU currently. Father due to pain of separation from son has done a great damage to his house. He is throwing every thing present in his house. wangchen was their only son.
So also pray for his parents.
Pray for all 5 boys and their families. my kind request to you.
Please....pray for their departed soul!

Deep Condolence from my side. May his Soul Rest In peace. Let the Mother also get well soon. I knoe how it pains when a dear one's life is lost. But accroding to what i read the 4 Friends where Driving their cars right? what was their age? Seems to me as though they too just passed 10th... if thats the case then they shoudlnt be driving a car that too in a hilly place.

I know. The Problem is More number of user registration. When the Number of Users bcm too much the load on the server is too high. Admin or Mods reduce the server load by Removing access to Signatures , Avatars , Albums etc etc in many forums . I knoe many people like having Avatars but at last its the Admin Say over that. Having Avatar or not IBF SIMPLY ROCKS !!

Three had just passed class 10, one was a student of BBA and and the last was in college.(arts) the car belonged to the one studying in college. He was driving.
