Because a man with 11.5 K /10 K in his pocket knows how to pay for VBulletin. On the other hand, those who do not wish a VBulletin license can make other good use of the money.
tell me, why would an admin give a licence, a pretty costly one, so that you can start your forum? Pretty stupid,right?
As for the 10k, you have a problem of partial reading, it has gone to just4kix, a long time member and a really helpful one. So if you want to win something on a similar scale, you got to have fun at IBF, make friends and help others....

why i said stupidity: why would he give an expensive license,something 99% here dont want,the rest 1% who need it would end up being competition. Now do you understand what I mean?

I have the vbulletin license,i have it as a single license,please go through their terms and conditions,it is clearly mentioned that one license is allowed per website forum!

Majority (maybe 99.9%) would not want a VB license as a prize. What are they going to do with it? But if cash prize is given, the who wins it can always use it for any purpose (including buying a VB license).

Actually, Admin cannot gift VB license even if he wants to.
