    Question over billing

    I have BB connection home combo 750 ul.In the month of Aug 2010 bill , you are sending additional bill amount Rs200 for God plan .I am not using the above games .I have only subscribed for bsnl bb only. you only sending bill for bb account only.I am not give any authoraisation to you, to collect the bill any other firms or plan. Then how will you collect the above amount ,.so you please return the amount. and also don"t make features the same.
