Forum on Old Vbull

Just out of curiousity I want to know, that is this forum running on old version of Vbulletin. I mean, when I look on other forums which are Vbulletins they have some other kind of view.. More of Javascripts etc..

Is the main reason behind this is that in our country Broadband is still not so much penetrated and people are using slow net connections(even gprs) to access, and on such speeds this version will effectively load faster than the advanced version??


A photography forum of which I am a member, has new version(which definetly the members are not loaded to work upon( so they hate and complain about) has many attractive features, which I dont see in this website..
