well now i am thinking that the idea is not bad actually..

but overall the rank of the website maybe down becasue google wont understand it..

One sub forum in Hindi ( on trial basis ) out of about 80 subforums will not affect ranking.

The Hindi forum may survive or fade out depending on response of users/members.
Anyway response may be better compared to posts in Russian language !!!
