Thread: How to update bsnl iti modem

hi,
i am using bsnl iti modam DNA-A211-I. how to upgrade in my modam and update software.

Without telling the "problem" or the need for firmware upgrade,
, if you try, the unit may go faulty.
Self medication without proper diagnosis is bad.

Post screen shot of Device status( as attachment here ).
Confirm you get connected to Internet in LAN mode.
Also wifi mode if your system( Laptop) has wlan facility.

Mention problem.: such as low speed, some web sites not opening , intermittent connection etc.
