    Default BSNL Broadband not working from last 20 days

    i started this thread for getting the solution of my problem and you have moved my thread without telling me the solution.Please help me and do not move the thread.

    I got the broad band connection on 27 august 2011 as i mentioned in last thread.And my broadband is not working properly i just used broadband only 2-3 days from 27 august 2011 to till now.I complaint for this in my exchange many times on telephone and i go myself also.But i am not getting the solution of this.They say that they are doing for this but if they doing where are the results.No one take responsibility for this.Please help me and solve this problem.I complaint for this in Sonepat also but no results found.Is there any number from where i will surely get results for broadband.And please tell me any way so that i will not have to pay the bill of this month and last month because i am not using the internet.I had take the plan Combo 625 unlimited plan 256 kbps speed.

    I think admin moved your thread because this section is for forum related suggestions and complaints. We are not in any way related to BSNL, but are an independent community to help broadband users in India. BSNL section is the most viewed section in this forum and posting there would get your more replies.

    Coming to the topic,

    Is Sonapet your SSA ?

    May I know what problem you are facing ? Do you have any complaint no for the complaint registered ? If yes, and your broadband was down for more than 10 days, you are eligible for concession in bill.

    How to deal with it ?

    1. Try talking to the SDE of your exchange and seek his help.

    2. You can complain here (known for better response)

    Wait for 3-4 days for response.

    3. If nothing works, a written complaint with receipt to Nodal officer and / or Appellate authority may help. Address, email ID and phone no. on the backside of your bill. You can also call them and seek assistance. Once you send a written complaint to any of the above, you will get a written reply (positive or negative) which you can use in consumer court or with higher authorities.

    Sorry sir,
    i do not have any complaint no.My Modem DSL is not stable.Last sunday 9 days before he done ok but on monday problem was same.Then on Thurs day working for 1 hour and till not it is off.Continues 10 days are not i think.

    In that case, you can try talking to the accounts officer and explain your situation. He can allow discount according to his discretion.

    You can try the methods I gave. But in the mean time, we can try to repair the issue.
