i have been expecting a cal from billing from last 1 month and still i have nt received from them , and despite of constant reminders , they are nt bother to look at it ,
and explaining each and everey agent what is excat problem , still they dnt get that , cx service sucks,
they tell me that u will get a call from the billing department with 24 hrs and its been 30 days now , i dnt have a call from them
and finally i have to loose my internet nt beacuse of my fault but because of companys fault ,
for all u have reliance broadband dsl , ur just loosers like me ,
and the lucky ones are those who dont have reliance
its really said that genuine customers comes across with such kinds of issues , and trying to rectify
