Thread: New theme of ibf!!!

Hy Guys....Do you like the new look of IBF?

The new theme...is it in any way possible to change to something more simplistic and pleasing to the eye (such as Fresh instead of Green 1 / 2) ??

i ike this theme more for some reasons, and also dislike it for some reasons..

1. i like it for its quickness. (better scripts).
2. auto save option in case you have disconnected...
3. right hand side board updates.

1. i dislike it for some problems with scripts.. (but works after the cache is done)
2. green color..
3. some editor options are not seen as i have closed on images..

New theme "Blue" color is nice.

Hy Admin...isn't their any way to revert back to the old theme?

Theme ,lay out is good. Loads fast. Gives preview of the first few lines. so no need to open all repetitve un interesting post and waste dta and time.
before I sign in,I dont see the link on the right hand corner top....."New posts".
I sign in ,open the this thread and then I see the link which I open in another tab!

According to me Green Colour doesn't suits IBF....

i like green over blue...

blue is not good, this is good..

Simple black would have been better.

Any colour theme that makes the forum different than the standard VBulletin is good. Since original theme was "green", it make sense to continue with the same colour. But I am also open to other colours. The colour should not be too bright - should a light shade that is pleasing to the eye.

However, I find the "My Posts" link is missing. It would be good to add it.

Could you please give me an example of what you mean by my posts. I dont think we have such a thing in the old setup or may be I am missing something here

@Admin i think we should have the option of changing the themes.

My recent posts limited to 500 available.[ oct /01.]
SEARCH: type Posts: user: essbebe
(I could get the threads started by me in my profile.)
Perhaps "My Posts" will be a short cut.

"My Posts" will appear in main forum Page on top.menu (?)

This is something that used to appear in User CP automatically. We have a link called "Subscribed Threads" in the new theme but this shows all threads in which I posted (limited to 500 threads).

I will try to find a plugin for this

The landing page in our blog is missing "Today's Posts " in the left top corner below "Forum"
only on signing in ,it is possible.
The same version blog set up used by other blog has "Today's Posts" on landing page before signing in.
I think you have 5 to 1 visitor /member page views. It will be easier to see current 25 posts link on landing page.

Note : remove attachment screen shot after you have seen.
